Today I would like to review this amazing eye primer for you. It is the Etude Proof 10 which is cheaper than the famous Urban Decay Primer Potion. This product is amazing since it holds my eyeshadow all days long on my oily eyelids. I recommend you to apply it on your lids with out any powder on your lids because it works great that way. The consistency is very light and transparent. I love this! You should check it out if you want a cheap eye primer that works great!
